Drink Your Oats!
- Place 1 cup rolled oats in a blender.
- Add salt to taste. For extra sweetness try adding dates, honey or maple syrup.
- Add 4 cups of water and blend on high for 1 minute.
- Strain mixture through a cheesecloth twice.
- Store refrigerated in a sealed container.
- Enjoy!
