Drink Your Oats!

  1. Place 1 cup rolled oats in a blender.
  2. Add salt to taste. For extra sweetness try adding dates, honey or maple syrup.
  3. Add 4 cups of water and blend on high for 1 minute.
  4. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth twice.
  5. Store refrigerated in a sealed container.
  6. Enjoy!
