Namaste at Work

You’re probably finding that you’re moving a lot less during the day, especially without that commute. Make some time for movement each day and plan walks throughout. Take stretching and standing breaks at least once an hour.

I hope that you find that there is a variety of fresh and nutritious food options at work, but having a similar set up at home takes a little extra effort. Planning balanced meals ahead of time can help reduce a desire to graze all day.

If possible, set up a work space away from distractions like your kitchen or active children. I recommend decorating this space with some green plants. When the day is over, don’t forget to close or turn off your computer. Everyone needs some time to step away and work on their well-being, don’t forget. Until later, Namaste at home.
