Nice Cream!

As the days are getting warmer and we're all looking for a little something that's cool, sweet, healthy(ish) and perhaps kid friendly, try nice cream or banana ice cream! It’s just a few ingredients and super easy to make.

  • Start by peeling and cutting ripe bananas into about two inch pieces.
  • Place bananas in a container or bag and freeze.
  • Once frozen, combine banana pieces and a splash of milk of your choice in a blender or food processor.
    • Optional - add in flavor such as nuts, nut butter, chocolate, berries, cookies etc.
  • Blend until a soft-serve texture is achieved. Eat immediately or freeze for an additional 30 minutes. This will achieve a firmer and more scoopable version.
  • Top with whatever makes your tummy happy and enjoy!
